Pop Up Pride was created for the community, by the community!
While serving on the board of his college’s Pride Alliance, Pop Up Pride creator and trans activist Elijah Morin saw firsthand the limited resources and entertainment options available that specifically catered to the LGBTQ+ community. He saw the complexity of organizing campus pride events and how many different elements were involved in pulling it all together – from booking the artists and entertainment, to ordering and setting up decorations, to production needs and renting AV equipment, there was a need for an all-inclusive turnkey entertainment company that could do all of the logistical heavy lifting.

In partnering and working with the creative minds at event production company XL Event Lab, Elijah has been able to bring Pop Up Pride to life in the form of an epic pride party, bringing together the community to celebrate diversity in the most fun way possible. With fan-favorite activities such as drag bingo and karaoke, parade float-sized inflatables with rainbow decor galore, and honoring the century’s biggest LGBTQ+ artists with a massive dance party spun by our queer DJs, Pop Up Pride is a one-stop shop for creating the most epic pride celebration!
